This recipe was made up by my friend Alex as a side for our smoked gouda turkey cheeseburgers. This was an “as you go” type creation but I liked it so much we turned it into a formal recipe to add to the blog. She used the similar ingredients I used in the turkey burgers to compliment the flavors. This is another recipe that can be opened to interpretation so please feel free to add or delete ingredients to make it to your liking.
- 5-6 small red skinned potatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/3 cup smoked gouda cheese, shredded
- 2 tbs butter
- salt and pepper for taste
Pre-heat the oven to 375°.
