The recipe for this dip is so easy to make and the results are so delicious that it is unbelievable that it only takes three ingredients. Most of us have had this dip before; whether it is at a party or at a restaurant and it usually has spinach added and its called “Spinach Artichoke Dip.” Spinach can be easily added if you choose but I like the dip with out it.
Before I made this dip last Sunday, I had it at a friend’s holiday party. I recognized it right away and asked my friend where she got the recipe. She told me her mother gave her the recipe and that she told her that it is a “crowd pleaser” and it certainly is. The dip was the fastest thing to be eaten at her party and it was gone with a blink of an eye when I made it this past weekend. This is a great dish to take to a party and I guarantee that it will be a hit!
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Preheat the oven to 325°.
Serve with any type of crackers or small pieces of bread. The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled; for every extra cup of mayonnaise and cheese make sure to add another can of artichoke hearts.
